Builder/Carpenter
We are seeking experienced Builders/Carpenters to join our dynamic residential architectural design and construction company. This position is ideal for candidates with 5 or more years of work experience in construction who are motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented. On-site, in-person in Vermont.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Carpentry: Perform carpentry work through all phases of construction, including, but not limited to, framing, siding, stairs, cabinetry, and interior finishes.
Commit to Excellence: Demonstrate attention to detail, willingness to take direction and feedback, and initiative in working independently and asking questions.
Work as a Team Member: Show a desire to be part of a team that builds award-winning homes.
Be Punctual: Arrive to work on time and be ready to work a full day in varying weather conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of work experience in construction.
Ability to use basic hand tools and tool belt.
COMPENSATION
Carpentry positions at Birdseye range from $22-$35/hour, depending on experience and skill. We offer a competitive benefits package including health insurance, paid vacation, and a 401K in addition to ESOP (employee-owned) shares.
